Each session is customized to your highest priorities, but to give you an idea of the things I make sure we are addressing as we get you up and running, I’ve included some typical things my entrepreneur clients are looking for help with.
I’m a very practical coach, but am also very intuitive. Words come out of my mouth sometimes when I’m coaching, and I’m not sure where they came from. And I love that!  However, what I really love is to take all of those things and put them in realistic, practical steps. We will:
  • Get your Vision, Mission, and Core Values set to help you make aligned decisions on your business. Once you know these, it’s so much easier to know what you want to offer and how.
  • Get you set up making offers and connecting with people who are the right people for you to help.
  • Design a work schedule along with priorities based on what you decided your mission, vision, and core values are.
  • Look at how you manage time, overwhelm, and procrastination and make a plan to address those.
  • Ensure you are giving attention to all the areas of your business – strategic, accounting/finance, sales/marketing, HR, and operation
  • Dive into whatever is holding you up – your website, tech issues, financing problems, or self-care
We’ll start where ever you are. If you already have some of these things handled – that’s great! We’ll work on what you need.
